Please take a minute to fill out this form before it gets lost on your desk. We need to know you’re coming as soon as you can tell us! We bulk-order our food from a coop in advance; anything we have to buy later at retail increases our costs dramatically. We need to know how many people to plan for. If you can’t pay the full amount with your registration, we ask that you pay a deposit now of at least $45. If you pre-pay and don’t come, your money will be refunded (minus $45, the cost of food). You support PMN/SFS by pre-registering and attending the summer gathering. Bring a friend or two! We know you will have a great time, and at the same time, you’ll be helping to keep the Network going. If you register after May 21, the cost of food is $55; on-site registrants are asked to pay $55, minimum, to offset food costs.
