Locals (DC, MD, VA) may wish to sign up. Signup begins at 12:30, and the open mic itself runs from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM., though, if it's anything like the first one, it will go into overtime. The cafe was PACKED, and ran until the evening act was kicking people out -- more than an hour after the official end time.
