8:45 AM-9:00 AM – Opening Ceremony (Auditorium)

9:15 AM-10:35 AM – Workshop One

10:50 AM-12:10 PM – Workshop Two

12:25 PM-1:00 PM – Community Meeting (Cafeteria)

1:00 PM-2:00 PM – Lunch

2:15 PM-3:35 PM – Workshop Three

3:50 PM-4:50 PM – Plenary (Auditorium)

5:00-6:15pm – Free Space

During the Free Space, you can propose a workshop, activity, or jam right up to the very last minute. Deadline for proposals is Saturday at 4:00 PM.

6:15 PM-7:20 PM – Dinner

7:15 PM- 12 Midnight – Round Robin (Auditorium)

The Round Robin is a concert in which everyone gets a chance to perform and where the music speaks for itself. Given the limited time and the desire to maximize participation, please keep introductions to one line at most, or better yet, no intro. You will have one song or poem (not more), and not more than 5 minutes. Priority is given to first time performers, children and those with special needs. Others are chosen by lottery.
